Hello October! As the weather begins to get colder and the leaves begin to change colours, people everywhere are preparing to welcome the arrival of autumn. It’s the perfect time to begin layering clothing, sip on warm beverages and partake in fall activities.
Visiting a local farm and pumpkin patch is a fall must. Farms are the perfect way to embody the spirit of the season and have some fun.
We visited Springridge Farms, just outside of Toronto, and it was truly the perfect venue to release our inner children, hop on hay rides, pick pumpkins and pet small, farm animals.
The outdoor venue is located just West of Toronto, at 7256 Bell School Line in Milton, Ontario. Here we were welcomed by delicious homemade pastries, hot drinks, a charmingly quaint boutique, a corn maze, farm animals and wagon rides- just to name a few!
Although this was a wonderful opportunity to be nostalgic and indulge our inner kids, we would recommend visiting the farm with actual children as most of the facility is designed for a younger demographic.
